Hundreds of people gathered to mop Times Square for an international artist video by Polit-Sheer-Form-Office on November 3rd, 2014. Do the Same Good Deed is a performance conceived by Polit-Sheer-Form-Office, a collective created by Chinese artists Song Dong, Hong Hau, Liu Juanhua, Leng Lin, and Xiao Yu to picture a new socialism for the 21st century.The performance took place on a smaller scale at Guangdong Times Museum, Guangzhou, China. The goal of this particular project wasto test in different social contexts - China and the U.S. - whether collectivism is a real social need or just a management tool. Polit-Sheer-Form-Office's first U.S. exhibition as a group was on view November 1, 2014 - March 8th, 2015 at the Queens Museum.#DoTheSameGoodDeed#PolitSheerForm
