Looking to get more out of your Times Square? Join the Crossroads Program

Crossroads is the Alliance's free benefits program for local employees and residents. You work or live in Times Square — and we want to help Times Square work for you. That means helping you discover the the best of the district, through everything from exclusive discounts at neighborhood businesses to information about new business openings, local events, historical tidbits, and everything else we think might be relevant to your life in Times Square.

After all, whether you work backstage or in an office, whether you check customers out at a register or check guests in at a hotel desk, whether you bus tables or clean rooms, whether you live here or you just feel like you do... you put time and energy every day into making Times Square a creative and vital space. You deserve something in return.

Our primary way of keeping in contact with you and keeping you informed is through our monthly Crossroads Newsletter, where we tell you about new discounts, upcoming events, and various other things taking place in the district — as well as sending out the occasional survey so we can hear back from you.

Which businesses participate and what types of deals do they offer?

Under the new program launched in 2017, the Alliance promotes fewer deals with deeper discounts for a shorter period of time than ever before, enabling us to work with more of our businesses throughout the year. Offers range from 20% off at lunch to discounts on entertainment venues and shopping. In the past, we have worked with the TSQ MKT kiosks, John's of Times Square, Mia's Brooklyn Bakery, The Ribbon, and more.
