Four Four South Village is named after Taiwan’s first military dependent’s village. Taiwanese Beef Noodles are a delicacy that originated from military dependent’s villages and are the restaurant's signature dish, appearing on the menu in multiple combinations — but you can also get other Taiwanese specialties, including soups, rice dishes, and luwei (braised foods).
