TSQ LIVE Summer Friday: Summer Fling

TSQ LIVE is turning up the heat with the Summer Friday concert series in Times Square this season. From pop-up shows with top charting artists, to the trendiest up-and-coming artists hitting the airwaves, this series aims to showcase a wide range of talent across all genres with a strong focus on showcasing independent artists of the New York City music scene. Musicians from New York City and beyond will present free concerts, many of whom will be celebrating the debut of new songs or an upcoming summer album release.

Summer Fling is a seven-piece band based in New York City, blending funk, soul, pop, and jazz into a groove-driven sound and exhilarating live show.

Founded by vocalist Eddie Kam and saxophonist Grant Tucker, the band creates high-energy, communal performances powered by a three-piece horn section and a foundation in jazz and musical theater. Their shows are tight, dynamic, and built to keep audiences engaged from start to finish. They perform constantly across New York City and the Northeast, with recent appearances at Mr. Purple, Stephen Talkhouse, and the Elements Music Festival.

Their goal is simple: to make it count while it lasts—and leave people with something they won’t forget. @summerflingny
