ONEW

ONEW is a South Korean singer and the leader of the K-pop group SHINee. His warm, emotive vocals have been a defining element of SHINee’s musical identity. He contributed to numerous hit albums, including Sherlock (2012), which featured “Sherlock (Clue + Note),” ranked No. 6 on Billboard’s list of The 100 Greatest K-Pop Songs of the 2010s. His contributions also extend to iconic tracks such as “Replay” (Replay, 2008), “Ring Ding Dong” (Year of Us, 2009), and “View” (Odd, 2015), as well as The Story of Light: Epilogue (2018), which was named one of Billboard’s The 25 Greatest K-Pop Albums of the 2010s.

As a solo artist, ONEW has crafted his own musical identity with releases like Voice (2018), DICE (2022), and Circle (2023). Circle was named the No. 1 K-pop album of 2023 by Billboard, marking a milestone in his career.
